I was very nervous for my appointment as I don’t regularly see the dentist and have had many negative experiences at dentists in past(very judgmental and rude as if I didn’t know my teeth weren’t in great shape). I read some negative online reviews, but being they have so many quick appointment options, and it was an emergency, I figured I had nothing lose. Everyone in the office was very pleasant and helpful. The dentists and assistants and hygienist were all understanding and so kind. Honestly the best visit I have ever had at a dentist. The ladies in the office that go over costs, payment options and the treatment plan were wonderful and they really made me feel so much better before leaving. They also made arrangements to get me a very quick follow up appointment as I was very apprehensive about waiting more than a couple of days. I was pleasantly surprised at how great everyone was and how respectful and supportive they were as that was not how my past experiences at many other dentist offices were. I’m really glad I chose to make an appt with them and am able to get the work done in a timely manner!
Aspen Dental was so wonderful! I had a stroke so things were a little bit harder. But, they were so thoughtful, and kind! First I believe his name was Steve, he was incredible, he was uplifting and was such a nice gentleman! Next, after he took my X-rays, the nicest nurse took care of me. She was so sweet! And finally Natalie, she was the greatest person that I dealt with. She spent a good amount of time trying to describe all the options that I had. And it was great talking to her! I really think that I will be so fortunate to continue working with them!
