The scheduling process was seamless through their website, and I appreciated the confirmation call 24 hours before my appointment—it showed great organization and attention to detail. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. Andrea at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful. During my X-rays, Aliyah was caring and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Dr. Al-Jamali was gentle during the examination and took the time to clearly explain what I needed while also listening to my concerns, which I really appreciated. Overall, I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dental experience. I can’t believe I’m saying this—but I actually can’t wait to go back! For someone who has always dreaded the dentist, that says a lot. Update: I recently had my 6 month cleaning with Mahnaz Rashti, the Hygienist and truly, what a pleasant time I had. We had a nice conversation before she got to work. She was so nice and really took her time to make sure my teeth were sparkling clean. Highly recommend!!
Jose is very professional and has excellent customer service! Wendy and Karla also very pleasant and attentive to service.
