Overall, my visit was absolutely amazing.The doctor is one in a million, the nurse was so sweet, and the tech they use is top-notch. Since I've had terrible experiences at other dental clinics (like the one on Lake View Drive), finding this place was a total game-changer. Plus, they treated me as a first-time patient and didn't charge me for the first visit, which was awesome.
The only " hiccup"was at checkout. The girl up front felt a bit too salesy. The hygienist told me my cleaning wasn't due for 3 months, but the receptionist insisted on bundling everything together, claiming I couldn't get fillings done first. Luckily, the office called me later to straighten it out and confirmed the 3-month timeline.
Minor front-desk issue aside, the actual dental care was hands down the best. Thank you
Elly was awesome she really went above and beyond to get me treated and gave me all the information and was very upfront ,honest ,friendly and answered every question I had to get me dental insurance in house just amazing and waited to take lunch to do it elly and Briana are awesome yall literally changed my life for the better today thank you!!!!! 5 star review for sure awesome team !
