I went into Aspen Dental with an abscessed tooth that was broken and rotted into my gum line; not having much of any history with the dentist. I was absolutely terrified of what the procedure would feel like. From the front desk, the dentist assistants, to the financial advisors, to the doctor herself. I sadly cannot remember most of anyone’s name, I worked 10PM-7:30AM the morning of so I was exhausted by the time the extraction was over but you want to talk about 10 out of 10 service. These people sat down with me and explained to me more about my procedure, gum health, future expectations, etc. They made me very comfortable throughout the whole process. The doctor herself I wish I could remember her name because she was awesome. Although I had an infection and my gum was hard to fully numb, she worked relentlessly and patiently. She stopped when asked, numbed immediately if she realized any pain, talked me through what I should be and shouldn’t be feeling while doing the procedure. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I believe my dental assistants name was Bobby (who was also amazing) she and everyone deserve the recognition. You guys are amazing! All of you deserved these 5 stars!

When I walked in for a consult to get work done I honestly didn’t expect to get much results, BUT, I was treated so nicely and quick at that! It didn’t take long at all before we were sitting down and discussing the work I needed. Came back in to finance to pay for my procedure and I was able to come in and get my extractions done in the same week! A week later I’m back for my partials and discuss the next steps. The staff were all very very welcoming and were constantly attentive to my comfort the whole time. They didn’t miss a beat and I couldn’t be happier that I chose this location to get my dental needs met. I could keep going but I think you get it! The earned 5 stars without a doubt!

Our office is located next to Verizon, Sports Clips, and Hwy 55 in Tanyard Station. If you are traveling eastbound on Interstate 64, take exit 18 and turn right onto WV-193 South.
