Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Definitely helped with my nerves and expectations. Had to update to say that once they got me to agree to the 27K cost they completely dropped the ball and I actually don't understand the major change in how I was treated. I was told they were referring me to an oral surgeon. NEVER happened. When I called to request a different oral surgeon that could actually see a patient the woman seemed to care even sid she was worried I hadn't received a call. She said she would get with the DR when he got back from lunch and she's be the one calling me back. Even assured me. Guess how many calls I got from her ? hint it's less than 1. I called back after giving her 3 days to call me and I spoke with the office manager. Needless to say she couldn't care less so I told her considering their attitude my money was going elsewhere. I called the Ashland office to give aspen a chance and see if it was just the barboursville office. I'll just say it's not looking good at the start, so I may have a review to post for them if things proceed as they are.
Came in for a broken baby tooth and a bad cavity, pulled the broken tooth same day ,but couldn't get bottom molar due to infection. I am crazy anxious at dentist and always had to be gassed ,the dont have the gasses, it was scary ,painful and traumatic for me BUT ! everyone there was amazing and kind and so patient with my fears ,I can not recommend them enough ,I had a lady dr and she was so kind and amazing.and the young assistant was a angel.thank you aspen dental for taking the time to make me not panic❤️
