Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Definitely helped with my nerves and expectations. Had to update to say that once they got me to agree to the 27K cost they completely dropped the ball and I actually don't understand the major change in how I was treated. I was told they were referring me to an oral surgeon. NEVER happened. When I called to request a different oral surgeon that could actually see a patient the woman seemed to care even sid she was worried I hadn't received a call. She said she would get with the DR when he got back from lunch and she's be the one calling me back. Even assured me. Guess how many calls I got from her ?
hint it's less than 1. I called back after giving her 3 days to call me and I spoke with the office manager. Needless to say she couldn't care less so I told her considering their attitude my money was going elsewhere. I called the Ashland office to give aspen a chance and see if it was just the barboursville office. I'll just say it's not looking good at the start, so I may have a review to post for them if things proceed as they are.

What are wisdom tooth extractions?
Wisdom teeth are the last set of molars to erupt, usually in the late teens or early twenties. Not all wisdom teeth require removal—but when they cause pain, crowding or infection, tooth extraction is often the most effective solution. If the tooth is fully visible, it can usually be removed with forceps under local anesthesia. For teeth that are impacted or partially emerged, a minor surgical procedure may be needed. Your Aspen Dental care team will walk you through which option is best for you and explain how we minimize discomfort.
