I had an excellent experience at this dental office! Throughout my dental journey at Aspen Dental Vancouver, from the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Sabina and Amila at the front desk made the check-in process quick and easy, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen.
Dr. Lee was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and informed. The procedure itself was smooth and virtually painless, and the dental team made sure I was at ease the entire time. Also, Kris and Melissa, both hygienists were so professional and amazing during my cleaning appointments. Every single dental assistant is so kind, professional and caring; Sam, Gabby, Kim, Nerma and Medina, they’re all amazing.
The office was clean, modern, and well-organized. You can tell they really care about their patients and provide top-quality care. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled dentist!❤️
Dr. Lee and Nerma were amazing! They listened to my concerns and didn't make me feel judged or less than. My coordinator was patient in explaining what work needed to be done and was compassionate when I started crying after hearing that the cost was in the five figure family. She took the time to walk me through my options and helped me make the best treatment plan for me while also keeping it within what I can afford. I would highly recommend the Aspen Dental off Parkway Dr. In Vancouver!
