I had an excellent experience with Sherry, my dental hygienist! She was incredibly professional, gentle, and thorough throughout the entire visit. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable at all times. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. My teeth have never felt cleaner! Highly recommend Sherry if you’re looking for top-notch care.
Sheery is very nice and understanding. She made me feel comfortable being at the dentist. My wisdom teeth removal went really well here too.
The staff here is absolutely awesome. From the first person you see at the front desk all the way to the dentist walking into the exam room. They are very personable people, everyone knows who I am. They make you feel like a person, not a number. They have technology like I’ve never seen in a dentist office allowing for total transparency while discussing treatment options. I was able to see the x-rays on a screen in front of me as Dr. Humam explained what was happening with my teeth. I was given several options to fix a mouth full of failing teeth. I chose total reconstruction with complete double arch implants. Yes, that is very expensive, but again….total transparency on cost. No surprises. Financing options available through a 3rd party (honestly not very helpful unless you have a 900 credit rating). When the time came for the surgery, expectations were managed quite well. Dr. Aslam (the oral surgeon) was awesome. He answered all of my questions honestly before I went “Under” for the surgery. I was told that the first 2 weeks were “gonna be Hell”. Well, the first 2 weeks WERE Hell, lol. But when the pain got too bad, Dr. Humam was happy to see me without appointment and help me manage that pain. Well, I’m on the mend now. Temp dentures are going to take some getting used to, but looking forward to my permanent implants in 5 months! This is a very intense and complicated process. But if you need it, 10/10 I recommend Aspen Dental, Dr. Humam, Dr. Aslam and the entire staff there in Harrisonburg!!
