It was my first time and the staff was amazing I’m glad they allowed a fast appt and everyone was very friendly and helpful I finally got everything done and I relaxed like the female dentist doctor she very gentle and the staff is amazing
But from the receptionist to all the dental assistants, the dentist and the checkout process all went smoothly. The appointment was very prompt.
I cannot thank the team at Aspen Dental on Fruitville Pike enough for what they did for my son, Kenny, today. During baseball warm-ups, Kenny took a ball to the face and his lip got stuck on his front braces. It was a stressful situation, to say the least. When we arrived the staff didn't just see another patient—they saw a little boy in pain. The receptionist was incredible; he had actually dealt with a similar injury himself and advocated for Kenny to get seen. Despite it being the weekend and close to closing time, the entire team stepped up for a "rescue mission" to get his lip free. The word that best describes this office is compassionate. Everyone we encountered truly wanted to help, and they turned a scary afternoon into a huge relief. If you’re looking for a dental team that actually cares about the people (and the little ballplayers) in their community, this is the place.
