Richelle...There are not enough stars to show how awesome she is!! She calmed my nerves and answered all of my questions. I am a visual learner, I do not do well with word vomit as it tends to go in one ear and out the other...it's like she knows me lol. She took the time to teach me the right way to floss and set up my routine in order. She even took the time to help me pick out the right electric toothbrush and explained why she recommended it...again showing me the difference between an electric toothbrush and a vibrating toothbrush. From the first introduction, I was not treated like a "how many patients I can treat in a day" patient. I was her patient. This is very much appreciated.
