If I could give 1000 stars, I totally would. I've heard of Aspen Dental a bunch of times through Google ads but never really checked them out. Yesterday, I was desperate to find a dentist who could see me the next day and even start treatment then. Aspen Dental kept popping up in my search, so I clicked on the link. I figured, why not give it a shot? I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. After I scheduled, I was prompted to fill out paperwork and upload some documents. The whole process was super easy. I walked into the office and was instantly impressed by how spotless and beautiful it was. The receptionist at the front desk was all smiles, but still super professional. I had just come from another dental appointment where I had some teeth pulled, so I was still numb and a little swollen. A staff member came to the waiting area and handed me some paper towels without me even having to ask. After I finished the new patient forms on their in-office tablet, They quickly brought me back and took an x-ray. Before they took it, I mentioned I didn't have insurance and asked about the cost, and the assistant told me there was no charge. Soon after being seated in one of the modern high-tech operatory, the dentist arrived and introduced herself as Dr. Jefferson. She asked all the pertinent questions, displaying a high level of professionalism and confidence, and also possessed a quality not often encountered these days: empathy and compassion. We reached a decision regarding my treatment, and I was then escorted to a theater room equipped with comfortable chairs, a large-screen TV, and game consoles, which was perfect for gathering my thoughts and processing everything. I began to feel emotional and, for some reason, struggled to put on my mask. However, an assistant whom I had not yet met noticed me as she passed by. She entered the room and inquired if I was alright, then proceeded to help me secure my mask loops over my ears, adjusted my bandana, and straightened my braids. While this may not be something everyone would desire, or something that frequently occurs, in that particular moment, it was the most heartfelt gesture I had experiencedAnother fantastic experience shortly after meeting with the treatment coordinator! 𤩠After reviewing the financials and reaching an agreement, I was brought back to the comfy chair room. Dr. Jeffersons reviewed the plan, and she and her assistant promptly started treatment. Meticulous, precise, quick, excellence! My final prosthetic will be delivered in two days, thanks to their on-site lab and proficient lab technician. I totally forgot, they are extremely affordable and truly can accommodate any budget. Alternatively, if youâre heading westbound on I-80, you can take exit 100 and make a left onto Antelope Road. Follow it for a few miles until you get to Sunrise Boulevard and make a right. Keep driving until you reach Greenback Lane and make a right, just past the Texas Roadhouse. Then, turn right into the parking lot.
