The people are very nice and polite and have been trying to build my confidence. So far my experience has been excellent I am working on my fourth set of dentures which my first three that I've had were very uncomfortable and hardly ever wore my bottom teeth, I will update once my teeth are complete as to how they fit probably I think in a week to 10 days. Thank you so much folks at Aspen dental on greenback Lane citrus heights. Sincerely Wayne
I had a broken and very painful molar. I called them up after seeing a commerical on TV about their services. I had tried everyone else no one wanted to accept me with or without funding.
They listened to my problems:I have no insurance, I'm elderly, i am afraid of dentist, and finally I have no money. They set me up with an appointment that day, made the consult zero dollars. Immediately after getting off the phone I received a call back stating that their xray machine was broken , but could they reschedule me for the next day. I got the first appointment of the next day. They treated me with respect and kindness that u don't find these days. After the consult they helped me arrange for assistance with financing. To my surprise they also set it up that,so that the nasty painful tooth was pulled right away. I hate going to the dentist but the whole office treated me with respect, kindness, most of all gentleness all through the process. I trust them and have no problem recommending them to anyone, but especially to people my age. I received five star services from them. They should be very proud of each other.
I am very happy with the experience I had at Aspen Dental in Citrus Heights. The front office staff was great and the dentist was very personable. Special shout out to my dental hygienist Joe. He was very considerate, explained the process before, during, and after. Joe consistently checked to make sure that I was comfortable. As someone who was pretty nervous about the endeavor, having someone like Joe perform my deep cleaning really helped set me at ease.
I am grateful that this location opened up in the area.
