I had an emergency dental situation and Aspen Dental truly exceeded every expectation. I had a crown fall off the night before, and underneath was a severely decayed tooth. I called first thing in the morning and they got me in immediately.
From the moment I arrived, the facility was spotless, organized, and right on schedule. They walked me through a full exam, complete X‑rays, and a clear treatment plan so I understood exactly what was going on with my dental health.
They were even able to get me back in just 30 minutes later for a surgical extraction. Dr. Deckleman performed the procedure, and Arionna, his dental assistant, was absolutely amazing. She stayed right by my side, explained every step, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She is a GEM. The extraction itself was quick, efficient, and completely painless while it was happening.
The next day, of course there was normal soreness, but the healing went incredibly well. I genuinely felt cared for from start to finish.
What shocked me most was the price — I expected a huge bill, but I received a full exam, all X‑rays, a complete treatment plan, the surgical extraction, and pain medication for around $400 with no dental insurance.
I highly recommend Aspen Dental. They were fast, organized, compassionate, and truly delivered exceptional care during a stressful situation.Thank you.
