Our Response to COVID-19

In a world where things are changing fast, smiles connect us more than ever. At Aspen Dental, we’re taking proactive steps to ensure patients, care teams and communities have a safe, clean environment for all their dental needs. With our Smile Wide, Smile Safe Promise, everyone can smile with confidence.

Patients, we bring you peace of mind

From deeper cleanings to symptom screenings, we’re doing our part to deliver you the safest level of care. Under guidance from the American Dental Association (ADA) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we’ve got your wellbeing, well, covered.

Employees, we're more powerful together.

Life at Aspen Dental is about so much more than dentistry. It’s about coming together as a community during this time of crisis and staying connected by a common purpose—and it’s working together to achieve great outcomes for patients. Let’s do our part by keeping up with priority updates and communications on COVID-19.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Wiping doors, hands and other common area touchpoints for added cleanliness every two hours.

  • Ensure office teams have the Personal Protective Equipment recommended by the CDC.

  • Eliminating sign-in sheets. Patients check-in at the desk and can wait in their car, receiving a text when it’s time for their appointment.

  • Limiting chairs and seating in waiting rooms.

  • When necessary, patients’ family and support networks can assist with appointment arrivals. After check-in, individual not receiving treatment should wait outside the office.

  • Removing unnecessary objects or items like magazines and books from waiting rooms and treatment areas.

  • This means we had to temporarily close your Aspen Dental location due to the pandemic.

  • We will reach out to reschedule your appointment once we’ve confirmed a date that the office will re-open.

  • Per the CDC guidelines, wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Use alcohol-based hand sanitizer (at least 60% alcohol content) if soap and water are not available. Patients are encouraged to use a hand sanitizer during office visits.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when coughing or sneezing.
