This is a judgment-free zone. If you have any oral health worries or fears, you can feel comfortable sharing them. We care about making you feel at home and are here to guide you to the best results.
Your dentist actively engages with you through the exam process. The care we provide is completely transparent, so you’ll know what we find — and how we can best solve it — at every step.
After your exam, you’ll probably be thinking… so, what's next? We provide a highly individualized plan. It will address problems bothering you now and also give you a game plan for your long-term oral health.
Your questions are always welcome and you always have the final say in your treatment. Your office manager will be at your side to guide you regarding your care plan, insurance coverage, financing, and more.
You’ll leave our office with a copy of your dental treatment plan, which includes a clear, detailed estimate of the cost of your recommended treatments. If your treatment plan includes dentures and you're not satisfied with them, we will make them right — or you get your money back.
Remember, your initial comprehensive exam is free if you don't have insurance. It’s a no-risk way to learn the status of your oral health and how your Aspen Dental team can help you. If you want a second opinion, no problem — you can obtain a copy of your exam results and x-rays at no charge.
Depending on what we see in your exam, you can expect to be with us for one hour for your new patient exam.
You do not need insurance to visit our offices. We offer flexible payment plans for those without insurance. Medicaid is not accepted.
Likely not—and there’s a reason for that. Each new patient relationship starts with a comprehensive exam, including x-rays, so your dentist can understand your needs and concerns first, then tailor your hygiene treatment to you. This way, you’ll get the most out of your cleaning appointments and the time and attention you deserve.
