If you're driving south on NY-390 S, after exit 18, NY-390 S turns slightly right and becomes I-390 S. Then, take exit 19 for NY-33A/Chili Avenue, and turn right onto NY-33A W/Chili Ave, in the direction of Subway and Kentucky Fried Chicken. Drive until you see Walgreens followed by a McDonalds on your left-hand side, and once you reach the intersection with McDonalds and Dollar Tree, turn right away from Brooks Ave. Take the first left, where Aspen Dental will be on your left-hand side. If you're heading south on I-490 W, take exit 6 toward NY-204 E. Continue onto NY-204 E. After about three-quarters of a mile, use the left two lanes to turn left onto NY-204 E/NY-33A E/Chili Ave. Once you see Applebee’s Grill + Bar followed by Starbucks, take the first left, followed by another left. The Aspen Dental offices will be on your left.
