I had my first exam at Aspen Dental in Augusta, Maine in the beginning of April, I had an impression made to get a good night guard . There was an internal issue that delayed the ordering of my night guard. I did advise Aspen Dental that I needed to receive the night guard before my trip out of state. I had a phone call from Jonas Cordeiro and we discussed the events of the delay. He asked me to come back in to have a new digital impression scan. I had this done the next day. Jonas told how sorry he was that someone dropped the ball. He agreed to put in a request to have my mouth guard expedited but couldn't guarantee it would be ready for me before my trip.
I'm happy to say it did come in on time. I picked it up and wore it that night, and finally I woke up without the mouth pain that I had been having for so long. The guard stayed in and worked. Thanks for turning a bad experience around. Great service and hearing the customer/patient and fixing the situation.
