How do Motto® clear aligners compare to braces?
Motto® clear aligners are a comfortable, removable and virtually invisible alternative to braces. People may not even notice you’re wearing them! Enjoying your favorite foods is as simple as removing the aligners. Biting into an apple, chewing gum and eating popcorn are no problem. And brushing and flossing are snap—just remove the aligners and go.
How long will my treatment take?
Your treatment time depends on the complexity of your case. At your initial consultation, your dentist can assess how long your treatment should take. On average, most treatment plans last about 6-8 months.¹

Does Motto® clear aligners treatment hurt?
During the first day that you use each set of Motto® aligners, you may feel some discomfort from the aligner gently moving your teeth. Don’t worry, it’s perfectly normal. In most cases, the discomfort passes within the first day, and you barely notice it after that.
How often should I wear my clear aligners?
For the best results, we recommend that you wear your Motto clear aligners from 20-22 hours per day, removing them only for eating, drinking, brushing and flossing.

Our office is easily located near the Albany Mall and accessible from US Highway 82 and Dawson Road. If you are visiting from downtown Albany or the Albany State University area, you can take Pine Avenue westbound toward Monroe Street. Pine Avenue will turn into Dawson Road after you go through the intersection with Slappey Boulevard, where Krispy Kreme is on your right. Follow Dawson Road about three and a half miles. Pass McDonald’s, Krystal, Aaron’s Furniture Store, and Ameris Bank on your right. Turn left at the intersection with North Westover Boulevard followed by an immediate left. You should see the Aspen Dental blue awnings. Keep left around the building and pick any available parking spot.
If you are visiting from the Putney area, you can take US Highway 19 northbound and continue onto US Highway 82. Use the left lane to take exit 8 toward downtown Albany. Continue onto Dawson Road and drive for almost a mile before you reach the intersection with North Westover Boulevard, just after the Starbucks. Turn right at the intersection, followed by an immediate left into the parking lot—you’ve gone too far if you reach Steak ‘n Shake.
