Our office is conveniently located off US Highway 19 on the northbound side, immediately past the Putnam County Centre. To visit us on the day of your appointment from the center of Palatka or near the St. John’s River, begin by heading northbound on US Route 17 or westbound on US Highway 20.

If coming from US Route 17, you’ll make a left turn to merge onto US Highway 19 headed southbound. After a few short miles, you’ll pass Aspen Dental on your left. After doing so, you should immediately merge into the turn lane and make a left into Putnam County Centre where you can make a U-turn before turning right into our parking lot.
