Great Customer Service Absolutely Dental Plan
I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for Dr. Melendez Ochoa. I had an appointment scheduled for a dental cleaning, and a few days prior I received a call from Aspen informing me that the hygienist would not be available and that my appointment would need to be rescheduled. I explained that under normal circumstances I would have no issue rescheduling; however, I was getting my braces removed the day before and needed my teeth cleaned prior to having my bonded retainers placed. All of my other appointments with different offices had already been arranged. The staff was very understanding and kindly chose not to cancel my appointment. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Dr. Ochoa personally performed my cleaning. It truly meant a lot to see a doctor step in to ensure continuity of care—something you don’t see every day. Not only did she go above and beyond, but she also did an excellent job with my cleaning. I left the appointment extremely happy and grateful. Thank you, Dr. Ochoa. I truly appreciate you.
