The staff was friendly and professional from the moment I walked in, but what really stood out was how attentive and reassuring Dr. Millan was throughout the entire process. Before starting, he took the time to explain each step in a way that was easy to understand. He answered every question without making me feel rushed, and it was clear he really cares about his patients and the quality of his work. The procedure itself went far better than I expected. I was a little nervous going in, but Dr. Millan and his team created such a calm environment that I felt comfortable the whole time. The implant was placed quickly and with almost no discomfort.
