Have had several visits, and each one was very pleasant. And coming from someone who is afraid of dentists--this is a real compliment! Love Dr. "Y"! He has an outstanding staff, who are always so friendly and cheerful. Crystal is a sweetheart, Karen is very understanding, and Chrissy explains everything and answers all questions, which is so helpful. Am certainly recommending this office to everyone.
I went to Aspen Dental for a crown, in Bristol, CT.\r They told me the maximum would be $330, they then changed it to $330 approximately and I agreed to that amount.\r They made it very clear it would be the final bill and not a penny more, regardless of the dental contract, since it was a promotional plan.\r A year has gone by and they haven?t removed the extra amount of $279.36, which they agreed to remove by phone conversations.\r Now they claimed they never made such a statement.\r They are now saying the crown was never made, a build up was made, and isn?t covered by the insurance company dental plan.\r \r I?ll be looking for another dental company.\r
