I genuinely cannot thank Aspen Dental enough for the way they treated me. Going to the dentist has been one of my biggest insecurities for years. I was so embarrassed and ashamed of how bad my teeth had gotten that I avoided getting help for a long time because I was terrified of being judged.
My last experience at another Aspen Dental location completely broke my confidence. I was told I needed almost $4,000 worth of work done, and they refused to let me handle things one step at a time. They wanted everything paid upfront before they would even do a cleaning. I left feeling hopeless, humiliated, and honestly too ashamed to try again anywhere else.
But after getting engaged, I knew I didn’t want to spend my wedding day hiding my smile or feeling insecure in photos, so I finally worked up the courage to make another appointment — and choosing the Lenoir City office was one of the best decisions I could have made.
From the second I walked in, everyone treated me with kindness, patience, and compassion. Not one person made me feel embarrassed or judged. The front desk staff were so warm and welcoming, the dental team was gentle and understanding, and the insurance representative even split my payments into two parts to make it easier on me financially (not to mention it was WAY less in price) and that meant more than she probably knows.
For the first time in years, I walked out of a dental office feeling hopeful instead of ashamed. I actually feel motivated to take care of my teeth now instead of avoiding it out of fear. That may sound dramatic to some people, but when you’ve spent years hiding your smile and feeling embarrassed, being treated with genuine kindness can honestly change everything.
This office gave me back a little bit of confidence in myself, and I will never forget that. I refuse to go to any other Aspen location after my experience elsewhere — the Lenoir City team is truly special, and I’m so incredibly grateful for them.
Dr.Patel and his associates were very understanding and communicative, they gave me clear understanding of what is happening with my dental concerns and needs including time needs to get things taken care of.
