Dr. Meeks was so sweet and kind while she explained to us everything that would be going on to get his mouth back in better health. She used terms we understood and her sweet personality and calm nature made the experience beyond perfect.
Dr. Jones! What an awesome person! He was conversational and personable and made us feel so comfortable. My husband is a Marine Veteran and he listened to all his stories! He also made sure he understood every single process.
Leigha, talk about an angel on earth. When I expressed that my husband had ptsd induced seizures she took a few minutes to express her respect for our troops and told us some amazing things about her life. It brought my husband immediate comfort. She made sure to treat him with upmost respect and care.
Last but not least Gabby! As soon as we walked in she greeted us and gave us a huge smile even while on the phone dealing with patients. What a treasure to have in the office.
Every single staff member we encountered in our visits was beyond amazing. You could really tell how much they loved their jobs. When you see employees smiling like that you know you are in the right place. Truly the best staff!
100% recommend this dental office! Every single person we encountered was wonderful. Marcus was the technician, Leigha was the dental hygienist, and Dr. Jones was the doc we had during the appointment. It was a last minute appointment made super late the night before. Not only did they get my daughter in within 24 hours and help with her issue, they also treated us wonderfully throughout the entire visit. Each person was welcoming and so friendly!! If you need a dentist and live in Cookeville, TN, I highly recommend this team.
