I visit this office specifically for clear aligner treatment. The staff member who manages my appointments, Janel K., is efficient and attentive; she ensures a quick turnaround time while maintaining a high level of care. I particularly value her professional transparency—she provides direct answers to my questions and consults with the dentist whenever a concern falls outside her immediate scope. Dr. Byron Hu is equally professional. He provides realistic expectations regarding the capabilities and limitations of clear aligners, ensuring a clear understanding of the treatment outcomes without over-promising.
I rarely rate places, but i was compelled to do so now. Due to my extreme anxiety about dentists I can't praise Dr. Hu and his staff on their compassion. Dr Hu was so personable, treated me with such kindness, that it made me let go of ALL of my fears and anxiety. They worked with me on the right care plan to put my worries to rest. Only resentment I had when I left was how long it took me to find Dr. Hu
