She did a great job helping me feel comfortable and she explains exactly what she's going to do beforehand and during the cleaning. I will continue coming back every 6 months here (unless Julie moves to another office and then I'll follow her there lol). Thank you so much Julie P. I truly appreciate your professionalism and care for my teeth.
Surprisingly, a pleasant appointment. From the reception person(s), tech assistance, the doctor, and the region manager who happen to be there. All were professional, but receptive and easy going in a good way. Unlike my past experiences many years ago at this location. Some would say, “why go back there?” My answer to that is I love the technology that Aspen uses to create what I am looking for. I figured maybe the folks (the whole office pretty much) who I had a usual experience with were no longer there and the location is extremely convenient for me. Today's visit did impress me. I have several more appointments there, so we will see if this is the continuity I am looking for in a dental facility…tbc.
