I went in to get a broken tooth pulled. They told me wait 3 days for the antibiotic to start working before making an appointment. That was not long enough. Definitely wait until antibiotics are complete. Dr Patel could not get my tooth all the way numb. He ended up giving me the max amount of anesthetic and I could still feel it when he pulled it. However, he was very patient when I was being a crybaby about it, and he tried everything he could do to ease the pain and make me more comfortable. He was understanding of my dental anxiety. When you come in for your first exam they give you a detailed dental plan with all costs laid out for you which is nice too.
They are the best and Britany is very kind and a very generous person
