Not happy with them right now. Called to say I was having pain. I was told they couldn't see me as they were booked up. Gave me an appointment almost 2 weeks away. I told them I couldn't wait that long. I asked to speak to office manager. Was told she was with a patient. No one ever called me back even to check on me. I called the second time asking to speak with the office manager--told she was with a patient. Still didn't call me. I am very hurt that I was treated this way having been a patient of theirs for almost a year. What is going on? I feel I need an explanation. I won't recommend them to anyone in the future.
Aspen Dental was great! The office is friendly and professional. All of their staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. I'm glad to have finally found a dentist that accepts my insurance. They also have an in house insurance option that's a great deal too! I saw Dr. Kassandra Michno and my hygienist was Amber. Both were great!
