Staff was kind, professional, prompt. I have severe dental anxiety and the entire staff I dealt with was awesome. We got a plan in place very quickly to help alleviate my pain and problems. Very thankful for their kindness and compassion.
I had broken a tooth and was in pain, spent the entire day calling dental offices trying to get in and most had a 3week wait! Not Aspen Dental, they made sure they took my insurance and got me in the next morning for my initial consult. Andrew was my tech and was amazing at getting all my xrays and scans. They were then able to get me treated that same day! I had a 2 hour deep clean of my gums and teeth; my hygienist Katie was fabulous 🤩 she made sure I was comfortable and pain free. Then I went into having 2 teeth extracted by Dr Heaton assisted by Andrew and again the procedure was quick and pain free. The office manager Laura was superb, she outlined all my treatments and costs and got me set up with a payment plan. I couldn't have asked for a better dental experience. A Big Thank You to Aspen Dental, Washington MO, and their staff!
