Dr. Kapoor's bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. At no point did I enjoy working with her.
I brought my old denture, as an example of how I wanted my new one to look. It took numerous visits (over 5) to achieve this. The denture mold had baby sized teeth, the front teeth were pointed straight up, down. There wasn't even a slope to give it a natural looking appearance.
Dallas also made adjustments along the way. Had Dallas not made the major adjustments at the end, there's no way I would've accepted the denture.
