The staff is so friendly and helpful. They are always willing to answer any questions and go out of their way to help.When I first went into Aspen Dental I was extremely nervous due to the last business I went to, but they always explained everything to me and were very kind. I would recommend them to everyone looking for an amazing dental office!!

I had an amazing experience with my dental hygienist, Alexis. She was incredibly gentle, thorough, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Alexis explained everything she was doing, checked in to make sure I was okay, and genuinely cared about my comfort. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and her positive attitude made the whole appointment so much easier. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. As a healthcare provider myself I hold other providers to a higher standard. I refer to this as the MAJIC score. (Time) Management, Attitude, Judgment, Integrity, and Compassion. Alexis scored so high in these qualities. Time Management: she was able to work efficiently without the appointment feeling rushed. Attitude: she displayed such a positive and caring attitude to me that stuck out so greatly. Judgment: in any vulnerable state, such as getting your teeth cleaned, it’s easy to get nervous about what the provider is thinking. I felt comfortable and in such a judgment free environment. Integrity: she was completely honest with me (mostly about my flossing or lack of) yet still presented it without making me feel anxious about it in fact I was laughing. Compassion: Alexis has a huge respect for her clients speaking for myself, but also her coworkers that I could observe during my appointment. I highly recommend seeing Alexis! She really made the experience of something that could be awkward or nerve wracking and turned it into an experience that felt comfortable and inviting. Thank you Alexis.
