My appointment was at 8:00 am and I was a few minutes late due to road construction. I was welcomed with no issues for being late. Having the information needed tab for online check in was handy because I had it completed before my arrival. I was handled with professional attention. The Dr was kind and considerate of my nervousness. All steps through the process of my appointment were handled courteously. Esmeralda walked me through the billing and payment portion and was extremely knowledgeable about my insurance and she navigated it and found some extra benefits for me. Thank you all for helping me with my needs.
