Ok, I've been to many Aspen Dental offices, in numerous states in my past, well not do great of service before, but now that I changed or transferred to Aspen Dental in Waterloo Iowa, now my new permanent office, I am truly a testament to listen too folks, I've dealt with corporate office personnel, and boy, I received the best, advice, service, fitting process from this office, not seeing Dr Cox, but Dr Sweeney was awesome, because he himself has implants and spoke to me on my level, cannot forget the knowledge of Emma, kudos to her compassionate ways that helped me tremendously, I've had issues fir 1.4 yrs, with previous Aspen offices and personnel. She is very helpful, listening to my issues fir a better fit, great service, I'm extremely happy with the way she treated me, not were very experienced and what a breath of fresh air. The office staff were very nice aswell, I highly recommend this particular office for most heavier issues that you might have from office to lab techs to the cleanseness of the rooms, even the music lol, xoxo
