Jasmine was the best!!

My experience at this location was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Shaun, the X-ray tech, was such a delight to work with. X-rays are usually painful and uncomfortable for me, but he was incredibly gentle, informative, and attentive the entire time. He made sure I wasn’t in any pain and explained everything as he went. He is clearly very knowledgeable in his craft, and it was refreshing to have such a friendly and professional encounter. The doctor was also exceptional he was very informative, realistic about my options, and truly listened to me. I can't remember his name but he was the only dr working today. I felt heard, supported, and confident in the decisions we made together for my treatment plan. Jayda at the front desk greeted me with such a warm and welcoming spirit. She ensured I got the services I needed and wanted, all with a friendly smile. She was extremely helpful in navigating my requests and getting me scheduled quickly for the care I needed. This was my second time coming and she was a big part of why I decided to come back to this office. Jacquira went above and beyond with my insurance and billing. She took the time to make sure everything was accurate and helped me work through my treatment plan in a way that fit my budget while still keeping things moving. She was professional and had such a great personality. Overall, I love the experience I had at this location plus it’s so close to home, which is a bonus. My appointment was at 8:00, and I was taken to the back at 8:08, so the wait time was perfect. They even got me in for a deep cleaning the same day and scheduled me for the second part right away. Truly a great experience. Highly recommend this office!
