Excellent service. The dental assistant Kaithlyn had to do work really hard to take all the images of our dentals, and was very friendly. Dr. Hernandez took her time during the consultation in explaining all my concerns and my husband's, and answered all our questions. Not rushed in any way. The dental hygienist Maddie was absolutely amazing. Her service, her energy, her patience. She made me feel safe. She went in detail about best practice for brushing, flossing, etc. I have always been terrified of going to the dentist even for just cleaning and always experienced a lot of pain. This is the 1st time I barely felt anything, and the first time where everything was explained in detail. The office manager Yanelly sat with us to discuss total cost for all the work needed, and provided breakdown and payment options so we could at least complete the minimum service necessary. Not to mention they offer free consultation. We know medicine is expensive, so we could not complete everything needed but this is the only dental office I would recommend, and where we would be returning for all pending work. Excellent service from beginning to end.
Experience was phenomenal. Representatives are very informative highly recommend.
