Jaime, the hygienist, was very personable and explained things as we went, which was very helpful. Keisha, the operations manager, was also very helpful and understanding.
Went for my routine cleaning this week and honestly it was the smoothest dental visit as always. The office has clean, positive and calm environment and whole team deserves credit.
Manager, Keisha had paperwork ready so there was zero wait. She followed up after my appointment to make sure everything was smooth and got my next cleaning scheduled.
Jaime the Hygienist was fantastic. She explained everything she was doing, checked in about sensitivity before starting, and used a lighter touch. No scraping marathon or judgment about flossing either lol. She gave me awesome little tips for teeth hygiene. After she was done, my teeth were polished like never before :)
Finally, Dr. Q came in for the exam and was thorough but efficient. She reviewed the x-rays, pointed out the spots to watch, and answered all my random question without rushing.
Overall 10/10 experience. Highly recommend if you’re in the Torrington area and want a dental team that actually respects your time and care about your teeth.
