I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. B and the entire team at Aspen Dental. As someone who genuinely hates going to the dentist and struggles with dental anxiety, this office completely changed my experience.
Dr. B removed my wisdom teeth and completed several fillings for me, and throughout the entire process she was patient, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. She explained every step in detail so I always knew what was happening and what to expect. I also had some billing concerns, and instead of passing me off to someone else, Dr. B personally took the time to help resolve the issue. That level of care meant so much to me.
The best way I can describe Dr. B is that she feels like the big sister everyone wishes they had. She was calming, supportive, reassuring, and genuinely kind. She made me feel so comfortable that I almost forgot I was at the dentist. Honestly, she did such a great job that I now want to hang out with her outside the office.
Shonda in billing was also absolutely amazing. I am very particular when it comes to discussing finances and insurance, and she handled all of my questions with professionalism, patience, and kindness. She broke everything down into precise numbers, educated me about the insurance process, and never once made me feel rushed or embarrassed for asking questions multiple times. She stayed calm and helpful until I fully understood everything.
Felicia, the hygienist, was incredible as well. She numbed me with so much patience and continuously explained exactly what she was doing throughout the process. Her voice is so calming that she could honestly do voiceovers for children’s characters. She made me feel completely safe and relaxed.
Everyone in this office made me feel welcomed, cared for, and comfortable from beginning to end. Instead of feeling cold or clinical, the atmosphere felt warm and familiar, almost like going to a family cookout. That’s something I never thought I would say about a dental office.
I will absolutely continue using Dr. B and her team for all of my dental needs. If you have dental anxiety or are looking for a practice that truly cares about their patients, I cannot recommend Dr. B enough.
