Dr. Vie and her assistant Jaidah provided excellent care! They were very relatable, put my mind and anxiety at ease, we're very attentive and reassuring, bonus points for playing great music! Dr. Vie was extremely gentle, I couldn't even feel the needle during numbing at all and I was shocked when she told me she was all done pulling my tooth! I got a same day appoint as my original assessment as well. The financial lady ( im not sure if she was the office manager) was very nice and patient while thoroughly explaining my options. The receptionist was also lovely! In short, everyone is great and as long as Dr. Vie is there, I also will be there, she's wonderful! Give them all raises!
From check-in to check-out everyone I dealt with was pleasant, patient, professionally competent, and concerned with my well-being.
