Hi! You may remember me as the customer who was not happy with 2 of the 4 crowns I had received at Aspen Dental. I felt awful because I went to another dentist to have those crowns redone - spending additional money. Well I am HAPPY to say that Aspen Dental has redeemed themselves for the situation I experienced there. After seeing their response to my Google review about contacting their Customer Service Team, I was hesitant. I called and spoke with a representative by the name of Yvonne. She was very pleasant, and understanding in regards to my situation. She patiently listened to me, and I emailed her my paper work regarding the money I paid for the crowns. I shared with her that I know the dentist did some work on my teeth and he should be paid for work I was satisfied with (because "truth be told" let's face it, there ARE unscrupulous people who believe in trying to "recoup" ALL money they spent in some situations).
Yvonne then told me she would call me back Monday. Monday came, and Yvonne called with the good news I would have the amount credited back to my CC. I am so thankful that Aspen Dental found it in their heart to reimburse me, especially in times like this. Aspen Dental has now shown ME that they have a heart and care about permanent customers as well as those passing through! Thank you Aspen Dental! And YES, I now give 5 stars simply because you made things right for me. In this day and age, there are PLENTY of businesses, entities who couldn't care less about a person loosing their hard earned money to them, but thankfully Aspen Dental - you didn't fall into that category. Your reply could have easily been a simple "sorry" and that would be it. You didn't have to help resolve my issue, BUT YOU DID! Thank you again Yvonne for your help, and thank you again Aspen Dental!
This was my first time to this office and they have been amazing for all three visits. All staff interactions have been professional and polite. I generally will tell you I hate going to the dentist but in three visits I’ve had X-rays, deep cleaning, extractions and a temporary bridge. My dentist Dr Talati has been amazing.

Navigating to Aspen Dental in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania - Metrocenter: Landmarks and Directions
Our office is located directly beside Dollar Tree and Panera Bread and is close to GIANT grocery store and Staples. From downtown Harrisburg, use Front Street to get on I-83 North. Take exit 48 and keep right to merge onto Union Deposit Road. Make the first right turn into the shopping center at the large Staples sign—you’ve gone too far if you reach Rite Aid. Go past the gas station, then turn left. Make a right in front of Dollar Tree and our office will be on the left.
From Hershey, take US-422 westbound and continue onto US-322 West. Follow signs for US-322 West/I-83 North. Continue driving until you have merged onto I-83 North, then take exit 48 and follow the same route as above to reach the office. Note that if you took I-83 southbound, you would turn left onto Union Deposit Road after getting off at exit 48.
