I had an initial appointment today for exam and evaluation. X-rays were taken and the x-ray tech was very efficient and pleasant. I was taken to the exam room where I met Dr. Lanke. He was very kind and explained clearly what treatments he recommended, answering any questions and not rushing to be done. The hygienist came in and explained what she would need to do when I return. My treatment is delayed three months due to another upcoming surgery. But I am looking forward to returning. My recommended treatment was explained in detail by the office manager who answered my questions and concerns and provided a printout of the treatment plan, cost, and what insurance would pay. It was a very well organized, efficient, comfortable, pleasant experience!!!
