I was told by my cousin Michael Mc.k, to check out Aspen Dental. Awesome staff, everyone is so very nice and professional. One staff member I think her name is Ania..?, was very nice. The Oriental dentist who did my fillings of my two front teeth she is the best. ‼️There's an African American female doctor/dentist who is very professional and very nice as well. The main thing that I love the most about Aspen is the lady who goes over your treatment and billing. OMG, she made sure my out of pocket was very minimal. My fillings were way up in the thousands of dollars. I paid only $86.00 out of pocket. Aspen Dental is the ticket.. 🎟
Aspen Dental in Niles, Ohio has exceeded everything I need from a dental office. I have been reluctant to see a dentist for some time due to many bad experiences with dental offices. I had my first appointment which was very informative. The dental work I needed was explained to me in great detail. I was pleased with the way I was treated from the second I walked through the door. On Wednesday I went to begin my procedures. I was terrified. I explained to Carrie, the receptionist, how afraid I was. She took time with me to explain how wonderful the staff was. She set me up to speak with Toyoa who explained in great detail what they would be doing during my visit. She was so comforting that I felt that she was more like my big sister then a woman who I had just recently met! She took the time to assure me that Dr. Nguyen was an amazing dentist and that I had nothing to be afraid of. I was called back and prepped by Maria. What a sweet young lady! She could tell I was afraid and also did her best to comfort me! What an amazing staff of people! When Dr. Nguyen came in I knew I was in good hands immediately! I was so comfortable through the entire process. She was so gentle, with my fears and with my treatment! She did 2 major fillings and my teeth look better than they have in years! I couldn't be more pleased I didn't expect this review would be so lengthy but I could go on and on about how wonderful the staff is! I would recommend Aspen Dental and Dr. Nguyen to everyone who is looking for gentle dentistry!
