I had the absolute best experience at Aspen Dental in Lockport. The staff was always so friendly and accommodating and just so kind and understanding. They were helpful from the first day I walked in the door with a same day emergency appointment because I was in so much pain. Dr. Anisha Zaman was phenomenal and Robert, the hygienist was absolutely amazing, kind and friendly! The rest of the staff was also absolutely amazing. I mean from the moment you walk in the door, to going back to the room, everyone one you meet approaches you with kindness. I highly recommend Aspen Dental!
The staff was exceptional with their professionalism, kindness, and empathy. The doctor was thorough and explained everything to me clearly about my treatment options. My treatment plan was beautifully made, affordable, and I was able to get hooked up with great financing, in order to improve the quality and health of my mouth. Appointments were made in an urgent fashion, based on my needs. I’m looking forward to a great working relationship with this practice going forward! I highly recommend them. I’ve been to some allegedly upscale dentists in the past, who turned out to be completely AWFUL. Aspen is the opposite; they are wonderful and get an A+ from me. Aspen really has it figured out!!
