Couldn’t ask for a better experience considering I had 4 fillings. Staff were considerate, professional, and efficient.
Before I made my first appointment, I saw reviews stating that Aspen Dental didn't take their Dental Insurance, or had issues with their Dental Insurance. I think those people weren't aware of their Dental Coverage. In several of the reviews stated that the staff was rude. I think that was just jealous wives. The Above Is Not The Case. Shannon, Jamie, Doctor Loryn, Candice, and I can't remember the Doc who cleaned my teeth, she was the assistant when I had my oral surgery I believe. Even the X-ray technician I can't remember either. 🤦🏽 We're all very kind, very helpful, and very welcoming. They ensured I was taken care of very quickly and effectively. In the small time I've been visiting the office, the check in is very quick. And theirs always a pleasant energy when you walk in. Like your walking into safe hands. I have FBHBS, no issues with my health insurance, Candace even helped with the financing to make the whole process stress free... The last thing anyone of them want is for you to leave with worry on your mind, and want you the most comfortable. I truly believe that. Orthopedics and Dental are very expensive. Most places don't cover dental insurance leaving you to pay out of pocket. Maybe take care of your teeth. If not. I'd say Aspen is worth it. This is the 2nd location I've been to to have Dental work, the 1st was Aspen Dental in Yakima, WA. 6 years ago. Both oral surgeries went amazingly and brought a smile back to my face. Thank you everyone at Aspen Dental.

Navigating to Aspen Dental in Asheville, NC: landmarks & directions

Our office in Asheville is located on Tunnel Rd at the intersection of Tunnel Rd and Kenilworth Knolls. We are situated right next to Mavis Tires and Brakes and across the street from the Shell gas station.
From Woodfin: Head south on I-26 E, then merge onto I-240 E toward Asheville. Take exit 6 for US-70 toward Tunnel Rd. Turn left onto Tunnel Rd (US-70 E). Continue for about 1.5 miles. Our office will be on your right, located just past the Kenilworth Knolls intersection and right next to Mavis Tires and Brakes.
From Biltmore Forest: Head north on Hendersonville Rd toward Asheville. Turn right onto Kenilworth Rd and continue as it becomes Kenilworth Knolls. When you reach the intersection with Tunnel Rd, our office will be directly ahead in the shopping plaza.
