I needed a consultation for my wisdom teeth removal. They got me scheduled very quickly since I was in pain. Two days after my consultation I came back to get my wisdom teeth removed. Every staff member was very nice and helpful. Even though they aren’t in network for my insurance, Angie helped me with coupons to get the best possible deal to help my pain from my wisdom teeth go away asap, which is SO SO SO appreciated. She was so friendly and talked me through everything, while also not being pushy and letting me have options. Esmeralda, Susan, Ivette, and Dr. Floyd were all also so helpful and explained everything so well that I knew what was going on at all times. I would 100% recommend Warsaw Aspen dental to anyone. Not even to mention my wisdom teeth were taken out very efficiently and have healed quickly, although I’m not back to 100% yet, I know I will be soon.
I was impressed that Angie called me to make sure my dad was offered an earlier appointment then what we had. We were offered a next day appointment, however was not available. I appreciate Angie reaching out to us to check. Also, Angie gave my dad all the information he asked for . He understands what all the costs would be for each teatment option available to him.
