The doctor was ok but I gave them a one star because of there bad billing practices they so called worked with my insurance and told me that my out of pocket cost was around $1300 once it got approved so i paid half that day then they called me told me that my insurance approved everything and we set up a date to start with the procedures so a week later when it was time for me to go back in I got a phone call saying that I would Ole them a additional $200 plus because less money was paid on one procedure by my insurance and this is after my insurance approved everything so I say ok and pay it plus the rest of my my balance of $650 so when I left my account was paid in full until a month later I get a bill for $70 saying my insurance didn't fully cover another procedure so I once again pay it then two weeks after that I get another bill for oner $1300 saying that my insurance didn't approve some other procedures when all this was submitted and approved before we started what a scam you get people to comment to a lower price and then you switch it up on them once they get everything done and there excuse for this is oh it was just a estimate I call it BAIT AND SWITCH I went from paying $1300 to almost $3000 out of pocket so away when I called to try and get it resolved I was told let me see what I can do and of course I haven't received a response yet after seeing some of the other reviews I wish I would of check first but I trusted my insurance company and I see others have complained about this same problem

I Received everything from ASPEN DENTAL that I was looking for, THE FINANCIAL LADY WAS VERY!!! HELPFUL, AND THE STAFF WAS AWESOME WISH I CAN GIVE 10 🌟!!!

You should turn in when you see Jersey Mike’s, Sports Clips, and T-Mobile stores. Then, turn left, and our office will be on the right, beside WellNow Urgent Care if you reach the stoplight at 135th Street, you’ve gone too far, but can make a right turn followed by another right to circle back to the office. If you are visiting from the Oak Forest area, you can follow Cicero Avenue northbound and turn left at 135th Street, followed by an immediate right. Go around Chase Bank, and our office will be on the right.
