This is the best experience I have ever had with a dentist in my entire adult life. If I could give 10 stars I would!!! I came in as an emergency walk in right at open, they were getting pretty busy but still made time to get me back, Michaela at the front desk was warm and welcoming and the lady doing my X-rays (sorry I dont remember her name but I was in an intense amount of pain) was patient and keep checking on me to make sure she wasnt hurting me, and Dr. Finley was a joy with a great personality (which settled my nerves quite a bit), gave his recommendations but also heard out my concerns. There was a lot of swelling and he wasnt sure he could numb me enough to get the tooth out safely, instead of pushing my feelings to the side, he listened and agreed that if he could get it to numb that he would extract it. Within an hour and a half the tooth was out and I was on my way to healing. So many times I have left the dentist feeling defeated, and this was not the case. No judgement, no pushy sales tactics for services above what I came in there for, and an honest adult conversation. For the first time I was finally heard, and it speaks volumes to the character of Dr. Finley, I was not just a dollar or a number but an actual person. A huge thank you to Dr. Finley and his team, I'm healing well, the pain is minimal and I will be back ❤️❤️
