If I had to do it all over again, I would go at 930 this morning (it's 903 now) everyone in the office is great. Promptly greeted by Ciera at the front desk. Unfortunately I forget the exray tech lady's name, but she was also amazing, she realized how uncomfortable the contraption in your mouth was, so she works quick and efficient...then I met the dentist. Troy Finley, Troy made the visit complete. Very calm soft spoken, gently dentist. Also met Shelly, to go over some things with me, Shelly also was great and very informative. Last but not least, Ashley, she explained all the pricing and helped us fill out financing, she knows her part of her job inside and out, she even stayed late to finishing helping us... this was just on the first day... I went back the second day and met Oscar, again this guy was knowledgeable with his job, my teeth hadn't seen a dentist in a while and he had them all deep cleaned in no time, didnt feel a thing... then back to Dr Finley. I had 2 teeth removed... the first one was out and I didnt even know it, he walked to the desk and came back, and I said 1 down 1 to go... he said, nope they are both out!!! I couldn't believe it. He had removed them both in the time I thought was 1... zero pain! None. .
Only a little pressure, just like he explained. .all done... then I met Michelle back at the front desk, very kind and nice lady, we joked around a bit and she made my next appt. I would recommend this office 10 out of 10 times.. if I had known about the folks in this office sooner, I wouldn't have waited so long to see a dentist.... see you soon Aspen Dental....
My denture had a broken tooth and it was loose fitting. So we went through all the cost between the insurance company and what it was going to cost me. So we proceed to go through the motions of getting a whole new denture and the new one fits wonderful, no worries that when I sneeze my denture won't fly out of my mouth like the old denture did and broke a tooth. I'm very Happy with Aspen Dental. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
