I arrived at Aspen Dental on January 15, 2026, for my appointment approximately ten minutes earlier than the scheduled time. While I was signing in at the reception desk, the young woman I was scheduled to see, Kaley aka KK, greeted me and explained she was ready to take care of me. I had not fully taken off my gloves or removed my coat. That really impressed me as to the extreme efficiency of the Fort Smith office. During my appointment KK was very professional and listened to my concerns. She handled my two implants with great care and diligently worked very precisely to make the needed/wanted adjustments. I was very pleased with how she was so attentive. Every staff member at the Fort Smith office is always personable, professional, and extremely efficient. I am always treated with great courtesy and kindness.

Our office is located near the Fort Smith Regional Airport, accessible via Rogers Avenue. From downtown Fort Smith, follow Garrison Avenue toward Rogers Avenue. Continue straight on Rogers Avenue for almost five miles, past Mercy Hospital, Kohl’s, Lowe’s and Sam’s Club. Continue straight past Firehouse Subs on the right and Buddy’s Home Furnishings on the left. Then, turn left into the parking lot at the Aspen Dental sign. If you reach the intersection with Massard Road, you’ve gone too far. From the Barling area, you can follow Rogers Avenue the entire way, continuing past Walmart and turning right into the parking lot after crossing through the intersection with Massard Road.
