I am so glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews. It's always better to go and see for yourself. So far I love this place. I was treated with love and respect. The receptionist was very nice. I missed my exit and was 15 minutes late for my appointment. I asked if I needed to reschedule she told me no they would work me in. I only waited about 15 minutes before they call me in the back. The Young ladies and the doctor who waited on me in the back was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. After I had been seen by the doctor I had to see their operations manager Sierra Howard. Sierra was so nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I was not aware my dental was only basic dental until she explained it to me, boy did this information save me a lot of money. Sierra gave me an insurance agent contact number that can help me choose a better plan. Thanks Sierra I have am appointment with him on Tuesday. Right now I give Aspen Dental 100%. I pray they will keep up the awesome work. I was well satisfied on my 1st visit.
