How do Motto® clear aligners compare to braces?
Motto® clear aligners are a comfortable, removable and virtually invisible alternative to braces. People may not even notice you’re wearing them! Enjoying your favorite foods is as simple as removing the aligners. Biting into an apple, chewing gum and eating popcorn are no problem. And brushing and flossing are snap—just remove the aligners and go.
How long will my treatment take?
Your treatment time depends on the complexity of your case. At your initial consultation, your dentist can assess how long your treatment should take. On average, most treatment plans last about 6-8 months.¹

Does Motto® clear aligners treatment hurt?
During the first day that you use each set of Motto® aligners, you may feel some discomfort from the aligner gently moving your teeth. Don’t worry, it’s perfectly normal. In most cases, the discomfort passes within the first day, and you barely notice it after that.
How often should I wear my clear aligners?
For the best results, we recommend that you wear your Motto clear aligners from 20-22 hours per day, removing them only for eating, drinking, brushing and flossing.

Located moments from Interstate 26 on the side heading westbound, our office sits beside Tropical Café and Chipotle. From downtown Spartanburg, head West on Main Street and continue onto W. O. Ezell Boulevard. You will drive straight for about three miles from downtown before passing the Market Square shopping mall on the right. Just after Truist Bank, you will see the Aspen Dental sign, along with the Buffalo Wild Wings sign, on the right. Turn right at the signs, followed by another right, and our office will be on your left. You’ve gone too far if you reach Olive Garden.
If you are traveling westbound on I-26, take exit 21B and keep right to merge onto W. O. Ezell Boulevard toward downtown. When Barnes & Noble is on your right, make a U-turn at Winchester Place. Then, turn right into the parking lot at the Aspen Dental sign. If you are traveling eastbound on I-26, you’ll also take exit 21B but keep straight to merge onto W. O. Ezell Boulevard.
