How do Motto® clear aligners compare to braces?
Motto® clear aligners are a comfortable, removable and virtually invisible alternative to braces. People may not even notice you’re wearing them! Enjoying your favorite foods is as simple as removing the aligners. Biting into an apple, chewing gum and eating popcorn are no problem. And brushing and flossing are snap—just remove the aligners and go.
How long will my treatment take?
Your treatment time depends on the complexity of your case. At your initial consultation, your dentist can assess how long your treatment should take. On average, most treatment plans last about 6-8 months.¹

Does Motto® clear aligners treatment hurt?
During the first day that you use each set of Motto® aligners, you may feel some discomfort from the aligner gently moving your teeth. Don’t worry, it’s perfectly normal. In most cases, the discomfort passes within the first day, and you barely notice it after that.
How often should I wear my clear aligners?
For the best results, we recommend that you wear your Motto clear aligners from 20-22 hours per day, removing them only for eating, drinking, brushing and flossing.

Navigating to Aspen Dental in Norman, Oklahoma: Landmarks and Directions
Our office is conveniently located beside T-Mobile and close to T.J. Maxx, Ulta Beauty, and Petco. From downtown Norman, take Main Street to Porter Avenue and continue for a little over half a mile. When Braum’s Ice Cream is on your right, turn left onto Robinson Street. In two miles, turn right onto 24th Avenue—if you reach Homeland on the left, you’ve gone too far. Continue on 24th Avenue for about half a mile. Once you pass Starbucks, Crumbl Cookies, Sleep Number, and Chipotle on the right, turn right. Turn left in front of CAVA and continue past T-Mobile. Our office will be on your right.
If you were traveling southbound on I-35, take exit 110B and turn right onto Robinson Street. When Homeland is on your right, turn left onto 24th Avenue and follow the same route as above to reach our office. If you were traveling northbound on I-35, use the second lane from the right to take exit 110 and turn left onto Interstate Drive. When Discount Tire is on your right, turn right onto Mt Williams Drive. At the stoplight, turn left onto 24th Avenue and then you can follow the same route to the parking lot.
